We want our overnight oats to be as inclusive as possible that’s why we are 100% plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, natural ingredients. We only use vegan, unrefined sugars, like agave or date syrup, to sweeten. 


Oats

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease.


Oat Milk

We use British Oat Milk that is certified gluten-free to produce 


Date Syrup

Safe and healthy date syrup is the natural product, which doesn't have any additives, such as sugar, or preserving chemicals. Therefore, date syrup is considered to be one of the healthiest sweeteners you can consume.


Agave

When it comes to food, we believe that natural is best but we know that taste is also king. To balance out the sharpness of the fruit we add a touch of agave, a natural sweetener that doesn't spike your blood sugar levels compared to refined sugars you might find in other breakfast products. 


Freeze-dried fruits

We use high-quality freeze-dried fruits instead of fresh fruit as we produce from our private kitchen and want to use ingredients with a naturally long shelf life to minimise food waste. Similar to freezing food, freeze-dried fruit are often more nutrient-dense than their fresh counterparts because they are harvested while in-season and immediately flash-frozen or freeze-dried to lock in all of its good-for-you nutrients freeze-drying helps to maintain nutrients more than dried fruits. All our freeze-dried fruits are made from 100% fruit with no additives.


Rice Starch

All our products are natural and the rice starch helps to control the water activity of our oats and stay fresh for as long as naturally possible. 


Lemon & Lime Juice

We only use 100% natural lemon and lime juice. This means so additives, no preservatives and no sulphites. 


Salt

We add a sprinkle of salt to help our flavours pop.
